SATISFIED!
- I can't emphasize how happy I am that I have done this program. What a perfect way to end college and enter a new phase of my life. This has been a wonderful experience, and I cannot believe how these 90 days flew by. I'm excited to make this lifestyle a permanent one and continue to reap the benefits of a healthy body and mind! - Abby K.
- I've finally achieved something i really set myself out to do. This is one of only a few things i can really say that about in my life. Or at least that have any meaning. I learned a lot about myself, and what i'm capable of, especially under long-term pressure. I chose to do my project in a sort of cross-roads point in my life, and it has helped me out quite a bit. I've learned a great deal about the human body, and how to take care of it properly (in terms of exercise and diet). But more importantly, I actually DID the things that I learned, which to me, is at least twice as important as learning them. Thank you Patrick and Chen, for excellent guidance, - Alex S.

- I wanted to change my life. I was trapped in a maze. Maintaining a balanced diet, going to the gym regularly, and being mindful of my consumption but never reaching a point of fitness. Always held down by my own inability to remain disciplined. Thankfully, I found Patrick and Chen. They provided the map and I've emerged a new man in a beautiful light. - I distinctly remember telling myself and others that there is no way I could lose 10 kilos without cutting off a leg. I remember thinking how much I love pasta and carbs in general. I want to give a giant THANK YOU to Patrick and Chen. You guys have truly tapped into something great here. It has been a transforming experience in more ways than one. Cancel that gym membership, stop starving yourself and throw out that scale. There is no miracle pill, or exercise DVD that is going to get you to your ultimate fitness goal. I can definitely say that by completing the PCP, I am now living the PCP in that I am now living (and knowing how to live) a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. The habits that the PCP have helped me build are habits that will stay with me going forward. Establishing these habits for myself was the main accomplishment I was aiming for through this program; the great physical changes I achieved were a very nice bonus! Patrick/Chen, thank you so much for putting this program together and making it so easily accessible. This was definitely a life-changer for me and I will forever be grateful! - Erik O.

I expected PCP would work. I expected that if nothing else, holding myself accountable to a team of other people would keep me in line and on a healthier path. I did not expect it to work so well or to suit me so well. I expected to lose some weight. I did not expect to lose more than 16 pounds and at least 2 pant sizes. - Heather L.

I moved a household of four people and one dog during this process. As well, I have gone from having a 6 week old baby to a 4 month old baby. I've lost 26 pounds. Most importantly, I've learned how to eat again. - Helen H.

I'm finally free from the vicious cyclone of yo-yo dieting, yo-yo exercising, and losing myself in the twisted matrix of nutrition myths and fitness distortions that have done little for my mind/body health over the last 15 years. Most importantly, I've been liberated from that part of me that doubted I had this kind of strength and discipline. Patrick! You are an amazing teacher who inspires me to show the same care and dedication to my own students. The greatest gift you gave us was teaching us to train ourselves. I personally felt like this program is a must for everyone no matter what shape you are in, what your fitness goals are and whether or not you feel like you need to re-adjust your lifestyle. If you're already in good shape it's a great way to change it up and do some different things for your body. It's a good diet re-adjustment and a great discipline exercise. Really it's a "living" cleanse. I found it helped me to really face-off against my laziness and bad habits and the results were fantastic. It was very tough but if anything, I proved to myself that I am in control and and direct my life how I see fit. Physically AND mentally. The program really paid-off and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thanx for the motivation, the tips and dedication and coming up with such a great program Patrick. - Steve B.

The real workout isn’t in the gym. It’s in your kitchen. Change your diet, and you will change your life. Three months with no other choice isn’t a bad place to start. If you’re thinking about signing up for PCP, do it. Three months go by so quickly. It’s not easy, and it’s not always fun. But in the end you come out with a real prize you can show off—yourself. And you’ll probably get a bonus reward of seeing the changes you make influence the people around you. - Emily

The PCP has given me the foundation to build a stronger lifestyle. Before, sure, I went to the gym, ate healthy, enjoyed life, but the relationship between diet, fitness and health were somewhat precarious. Lots of instant gratification with consequences. You know... if you have too much rich unhealthy food at a party, then you work out a little longer the next day. Or not. Now, I know what it takes to maintain both an enjoyable life with a good perspective on how food, diet and fitness are related. I get to make the choices and know the consequences. Now, at the end of the PCP, my taste in foods has changed, I no longer crave the strong fake, flavours of Marmite, Ketchup and other salty snacks. I'm more than happy to eat simple, natural foods with natural flavours like avocado, porridge oats, berries, apples. It would now feel improper to add salt to food. The foods that nature provides, each have their own distinct taste and do not need added salt! It's only from eating a diet based on fake foods that we desire artificially strong flavours in everything we eat. I want to thank Patrick and Chen for your guidance and consistent encouragement throughout. This has been a great journey in so many ways and has tested me to my limits! - Naomi R.

I think the biggest gain is a newfound respect for the amazing, organic machine that is my body. While there are some creaky joints, and a few more wrinkles that weren't there 10 years ago, I feel so fortunate to have my new levels of strength and flexibility. When I started the PCP, I was only thin and now I'm LEAN -- there's a tremendous difference between those two adjectives. At six months shy of 41, I can honestly say that I'm the fittest I've ever been (and I did it in 3 months AT HOME)! Yeah! Big thanks to Patrick and Chen for the fabulous PCP! You made it sensible, challenging, even fun -- sure, it was grueling at times, but I couldn't be more pleased with my results. - Shelly B.

We on the PCP used nothing more than our own weight, bands, cans of tomatoes, etc . No gimmicks…no gyms required. There is no hocus-pocus when it comes to having a FIT body…good from the inside as well as the outside. - I can't thank Patrick and Chen enough. Just by way of stumbling upon PCP, all of us were looking to do something about our health and it might have taken more wandering, more wasted time and money if not for Patrick and Chen. - For me at least, the PCP was a 90 day re-hab from the mindless eating of junk food that was running me down. I learned a few things on the PCP. I learned that I do like real food. I went months without fast food and didn't really miss it. I didn't miss potato chips or soda. I was drinking at least a pop a day and eating Wendy's three days a week minimum. Then I stopped and I lived. - Mike
- My weight dropped from 164 (74.55 kilos) to 151 pounds (68.64 kilos). I put on some respectable baby muscles. I worked out more consistently than I ever have in my whole life (and learned how to work out). I learned how to eat properly and stopped craving cake every hour. I learned some cool stuff about the body, and want to learn more. I set up a daily meditation practice. Most of all, I had fun! I am very thankful to Chen and Patrick. My life is significantly better because I did the PCP. Anyone looking to do the PCP, if you can, do it. - Jessica

- I'm glad I did it, and I think it's very much worth the price. If you consider the personalized diet plans, the daily exercise plans and how very hands on and available Patrick is, the PCP is a steal. You will NOT find that at any gym or from any personal trainer. This can be an intimate, honest and challenging experience. Growth, personal and physical, is supposed to be uncomfortable. - Melanie

- Maybe you're overweight. Maybe you just need to put on some muscle. Or, maybe your health has put you in a desperate place like mine did me. Whatever the reason, the PCP is here as a potential solution that offers a sense of community and accountability that can really help you reach new heights of health and lock it all in when it's over. You don't have to be sporty or belong to a gym to be in this program. You don't need a bunch of large equipment in your basement. You don't have to compete with others. - Strength training has opened my eyes to a new look at fitness. Training with body weight toned my body and provided me with the tools to take fitness to a new height. Daily tasks such as lifting heavy objects with ease, flourishing yoga asana, or holding out longer in an arm wrestling competition, all come together to bring to make a difference in my life. - Shelby
- I was starting to be more fitness minded before the PCP, but now that healthy person that was buried down under years of Western conditioning is able to stand before you in full fit glory. - I think the greatest emotion I can attach to the Peak Condition Project is that of gratitude. I feel grateful when I think about all the causes and conditions that lead to the creation of the project, my finding of the project, and my decision to join the project. Counting up the individuals on the Complete! page at thepeakconditionproject.com and adding the seven of us that have just finished comes out to thirty people. Only thirty people out of the 6.7 billion people on the planet have discovered and completed this program. Team, we truly are breathing some rarified air. - I feel really great inside with eating healthy and also feel great about how I look on the outside. I've never been into the "numbers" side of it, but the scale with all it's calculations kept going in the "right" directions.....of course it all shows in how my clothes are fitting. - Once you achieve a PCP mindset (It came for me around day 60) so many things happen. Your awareness, confidence, and happiness will become very noticeable and you will feel very distanced form your former self. But around day 80 you will totally forget how you used to feel and the PCP is like a new skin or personality. Patrick, man I don't know what to say.
